The staff is genuinely attentive. Dalia from Guest Relations is kind and helpful, she. I found the entire team polite and eager to assist with anything I needed. I appreciated Hassan, the Duty Manager. He ensured that everything was just right for my stay.
The gym, though adequate, could benefit from updated equipment. There were a couple of machines that seemed a bit worn.

The reception was efficient, ensuring quick assistance, and the guest relations team was easily accessible. The bar staff happily brought drinks directly to guests at the beach, and the lifeguards provided help with parasols and beds near the pools.

The food was AMAZING!!! The buffet offered lots of variety, and the fresh omelette station at breakfast was a highlight. Several à la carte restaurants provided additional options, with the Mexican restaurant offering especially delicious food. I recommend the deep fried ice cream.

the hotel staff provides constant support near the pools. i felt especially welcomed by khaled, team leader, and hany, the barman. they are really good!!! their kindness and professionalism made each day special.
the adult pool felt too cold. it was a shame because this feature was advertised, but the water temperature kept most guests away, limiting its use.

the location is excellent with many activities available. snorkeling was one of the best experiences i have had. the staff members are very friendly and create a cute atmosphere. cleanliness is very well maintained throughout the premises.
i found it slightly challenging to navigate the hotel grounds initially because a detailed site map wasn't provided upon arrival.
